We have created a modular Strategic Leadership programme which can be adapted to the areas that better align with your business goals, needs and strategic direction. 

The programme is available at different levels of postgraduate academic qualification, from Postgraduate Award to Master of Sciences (MSc). 

 At all levels, students undertake a core Strategic Leadership module, which is complemented with a tailored selection of business programmes, including:

  • Change management
  • Finance
  • Innovation and entrepreneurship
  • International business
  • Marketing
  • Performance management and data analytics
  • Personal effectiveness
  • Strategy and governance

Different levels of academic qualification

The number of additional modules varies from one to seven, plus an additional work-based project for MSc, depending on the qualification(s) you wish the members of your team to achieve.
