Careers Catalyst

The ULMS MBA Careers team provides a programme of support to help you achieve your goals after your MBA at the Management School. We cluster these activities under the banner of the 'Careers Catalyst'.

The Careers Catalyst is designed to complement your MBA learning. It is made up of three elements:

  1. Careers support
  2. Guest lecture series
  3. MBA field trips.

All these elements combine to build and upgrade your professional and business skills.

Many of you bring solid foundations from your career to date, and our aim is to support you with the next stage of your personal and career management journey. We will help you understand your personal and career motivations, working style and help shape your career aspirations. We facilitate and support you with your future career plans.

The team will meet you in Welcome Week and at the start of the semester, we will introduce the planned activities. Before you start your MBA, you can access the University’s central career pages.

They provide services for undergraduate and postgraduate students with:

  • Semester 1 focuses on undergraduate students
  • Semester 2 focusing postgraduate students.
