MBA welcome
Congratulations on securing your place on our MBA programmes. We look forward to welcoming you to the Management School in September 2026.
This page will be updated regularly, so keep checking back for the latest information regarding welcome and induction activities.
The University of Liverpool will have a welcome week for all students commencing Monday 21 September. You are welcome to take part in this and explore the wider university offer. The following week, commencing Monday 28 September, our MBA programmes will kick off with Foundation Week (students are required to bring a laptop or tablet device).
During the week you will:
- Be introduced to your MBA team and meet your fellow MBA candidates
- Take part in activities to help prepare you for the start of your MBA, including an academic skills and critical thinking workshop plus networking events
- Get to know your classmates and MBA team by taking part in a fun city-wide activity.

We will also provide further information on assessments and timetables during this week, so it is very important that you attend all sessions in the Brett Building. Details on how to access Foundation Week sessions will be available via Canvas, our virtual learning environment.
