The Management School has a strong group of academic staff who are internationally renowned for their research and scholarly activities. Please take advantage of the formal lectures, research seminars and various other meetings at the school to get to know them. Our academics ensures that their research is relevant to practice, and are keen to share this with you. What you learn here is not just about the grades you achieve in your exams. It is both current and relevant to the careers you will pursue on graduating. In addition, you will have an academic advisor who will work with you during your time with us providing a particular contact point for you.
We expect that you will be an active learner, contributing what you already know to your classmates and finding innovative ways to use what you learn both in projects here and the broader workplace when you graduate. We also encourage our students to engage in voluntary activity such as Enactus Liverpool which aims to create sustainable businesses for disadvantaged people around Liverpool and across the globe.
