Leadership and Career Development Programme
We want to help you realise your career aspirations, connect with fellow candidates, experts, academics and the wider business community, becoming members of our thriving MBA alumni community and making a difference globally.
Our MBA candidates are ambitious and seek advancement and success in their professional lives. We recognise that an MBA is a significant investment and that our candidates want to see a return on that investment by realising their career aspirations.
We share that aspiration and provide the tools and resources that enable you to leverage your learning effectively and reach your career goals.
The Leadership & Career Development Programme is designed with the end in mind, with a clear purpose - to enrich the MBA journey by challenging your thinking about your professional, career and leadership development.
Active participation in the programme deepens awareness of yourself, your strengths, motivations and aspirations, and enables you to confidently articulate and leverage the MBA to attain impact and influence in your career.

I’m truly grateful for Bernie’s guidance in helping me in defining and deep-diving into both my short and long-term career goals— it has made all the difference. The role I have now is exactly what I had envisioned during our 1:1 sessions.
