I joined the ULMS MBA Programme in 2021 and design and deliver a holistic, innovative and impactful career and professional development programme for MBA delegates on our Liverpool MBA, Football Industries MBA (FIMBA) and online FIMBA programmes.
I am a qualified Coach, accredited psychometric practitioner and experienced talent development professional. I use my expertise to provide one-to-one coaching, and tailored learning and preparation for leadership, at a status that enables influence and impact as future leaders. My aim is to ensure our MBAs have the tools to leverage their MBA learning to build rewarding and impactful futures.
I began professional life as a litigation lawyer before transitioning to entrepreneurship, and became Director of a national talent resourcing consultancy. I was trusted advisor for global law firms recruiting next generation leaders and sourcing talent aligned to their strategic growth aspirations. I founded a bespoke coaching consultancy working with future leaders in global professional services corporates, public and charitable sectors before finding my purpose in post-experience education. I support MBAs transition into their next global leadership role.
