Management School brought together students and staff for this year’s Heritage and Culture Showcase, held as part of Enhance Week.
The Enhance Programme is a development programme for master’s students, designed to build employability skills, industry connections and a strong student community through dedicated activity weeks each semester.
Home to students from 66 countries across five continents, the Management School is proud of its vibrant international community. The Heritage and Culture Showcase provide a platform for students to celebrate their identities, share traditions, and create meaningful opportunities for cultural exchange.
This year’s event featured 11 student-led groups representing India, Uzbekistan, Japan, Botswana, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia and the Americas. Through food, music, art, fashion and storytelling, the showcase transformed the Management School into a celebration of global heritage.

One of the featured groups, AXIS4, brought together Anyely Diaz Felix, Nidhi Sengupta, Pragnya Dinesh and Khee Seng Chan from the MSc Digital Marketing and Analytics programme. Representing the Americas, Bangladesh, India and Malaysia, their showcase focused on cultural diversity expressed through food, fashion, art and everyday traditions. By combining elements from their different backgrounds, the group highlighted how heritage is reflected in what people eat, wear and create, while emphasising the shared values that connect cultures across regions.

Another feature group, Flavours, Fabric & Folklore, created by Siri Tarlagatti, Khushi Bhansali, Riona Pattnaik, Ifad Wasgare, Vipul Dhumal and Jithesh Chandrath from the MSc Operations and Supply Chain Management and MSc Project Management programmes, explored India’s royal heritage through an immersive display inspired by a train journey across the country’s regions. Their showcase highlighted traditional cuisine, textiles, jewellery and cultural storytelling, reflecting the diversity of India’s historic kingdoms.
