The University of Liverpool Management School recently welcomed a range of employers to campus for an undergraduate Careers Fair. During this event, Year in Industry students were able to find out about placement opportunities, get CV advice and connect directly with hiring professionals.
Employers in attendance included Aldi UK, Davitt Jones Bould, Vitaflo, Taylor Wessing, HM Revenue and Customs, TopCashback, Express Solicitors, Castle Green Homes and 8th Wonder.

Pictured above is Liam Henry, a first year BA Business Economics student, currently looking for a placement. He reflected:
“It was a fantastic experience connecting with professionals and learning more about potential career pathways. Events like this are a great reminder of the importance of networking, asking questions and exploring different sectors.”
Daniel Adams (BA Marketing) completed his Year in Industry with Davitt Jones Bould and represented their stand on the day, speaking on the event he said:
“I had the opportunity to speak with lots of students who were keen to learn more about gaining practical experience through internships and placements.”
Events like this reflects the Management School’s ongoing commitment to supporting student employability and strengthening employer partnerships.
