The University of Liverpool has been named as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) partner, benefitting current and future students.
This prestigious partnership is particularly relevant to students studying programmes that cover alternative investments, like BSc Finance and Data Analytics and MSc Finance and Investment Management.
These modern programmes already have obtaining affiliations with some of the world's leading professional bodies including the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) Institute. BSc Finance and Data Analytics is also a named academic partner for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute.
Our curriculum aligning with these globally respected bodies signals to employers that our students are trained to professional standards aligned with industry expectations.
A key benefit of the new partnerships is eight student scholarships that give discounts to the CAIA's Level I and II examinations.
In addition, the access to extra resources and professional-level knowledge will further enhance key employability skills valued across the investment and asset management sector.
