The panel provided tips on enhancing job applications, preparing for interviews and discussed the skills and experience top firms look for in applicants, including:

  • Technical, including AI and Excel
  • Effective communication and relationship-building
  • Engagement in extracurricular activities that demonstrate strengths beyond academic work.

Students took part in a mock assessment centre, and received feedback from Junfu Chen, Senior Manager for Banking Operations and Domain Solutions at Deloitte and Michael Tomenson, Early Career Talent Specialist at EY.

Events like this reflect the Management School's strong industry links and provide our students the opportunity to develop their employability skills, grow their professional networks and gain industry insight.
