It is with great sadness that we bid farewell to Professor Michael Osbaldeston.
An alum of the University, Michael was an impassioned supporter of the Management School and made a huge impact in helping to shape its growth and success over the past 20 years.
Michael was a valued member of our Advisory Board and helped us navigate the processes and requirements to become a triple-accredited school, acting as a critical friend and mentor, freely sharing his vast expertise.
He gladly attended Management School events and celebrations and took a keen interest in the School’s development and future aspirations.
Michael also supported many colleagues within the School, and they will remember him for the generosity of his time, empathy, and inspiring words.
Our thoughts go to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege to work with him. He’ll be greatly missed.
