The Management School recently celebrated the graduation of its 13th Help to Grow: Management cohort this October.
Participants from a wide range of business sectors were presented with their certificates after the final in-person case study module at the University’s Greenbank Campus.
Completing the programme has given the graduates access to Help to Grow’s Alumni network, and participants from various previous cohorts met at the ‘Back-to-Back Business Boost’ event at Strawberry Field last week.
After delivering the module at Greenbank House, Dr Zeineb Djebali, the School’s new Academic Lead for the programme, said: “I am delighted to direct the Help to Grow programme and to engage with such a dynamic community of SME leaders.”
“The programme offers a unique opportunity for SME owners to enhance their strategic capabilities, strengthen leadership confidence, and unlock new avenues for sustainable growth.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to see the tangible impact this learning journey has on them, their business, and the wider community.”
The UK Government has announced its extension of the programme for a further three years and will continue to fund 90% of the fee for SME leaders to take part.
The 14th Help to Grow cohort will begin at the Management School on 20 November, while at least two further cohorts are planned to take place in 2026.
