Centre for Supply Chain Research
The Centre for Supply Chain Research is a research hub which develops advanced solutions for supply chain operations and management challenges, to boost business performance and competitiveness.
Led by Director Professor Jason Choi, and Co-Directors Professor Tolga Bektas, Professor Hugo Lam, Professor Andrew Lyons, and Professor Dongping Song.
The centre aspires to:
- Provide leading-edge policy and practice-influencing research in operations, supply chain, technology management and marketing
- Promote collaborative research with public and private-sector organisations
- Provide knowledge exchange and advisory/consultancy services
- Facilitate thought leadership on the current and emerging issues potentially affecting future business performance/competitiveness.

Funding secured for three supply chain research projects with Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Operations and supply chain management experts have successfully secured funding for three innovative projects as part of the University of Liverpool – Shanghai Jiao Tong University (UoL-SJTU) Research Seed Fund.
