Continuing professional development
We offer a range of courses to promote career development for medical practitioners, and support doctors in keeping up-to-date and fit to practise as part of their re-validation process.
Many of our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities on offer are also designed for a multi-professional healthcare practitioner audience.
Our credit-bearing CPD courses can be taken as either stand-alone activity or can be used towards gaining a Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma or Masters Award through a flexible University Awards Framework.
Other CPD activity includes study days, evening lectures and seminars, which are non-credit bearing. Topics for these sessions range from specific professional updates to briefing sessions on service developments.
