New School Booking System
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, and let us know what we can do to make the School of Medicine work better for you. In response to many of your requests, we are pleased to announce a new School Booking System.
The online system will help you to quickly find and book a range of School services, all in one, easy to use, mobile friendly, self-service website.
What the new system brings to the table:
Schedule support appointments at times that are convenient to you
Arrange to meet with a member of staff for welfare and support for studies, or e-portfolio assistance. Easily view the availability of services, and book an appointment slot which best meets your schedule through the easy to use calendar.
Book student rooms in Cedar House
Reserve our Societies Meeting room forsmall group discussions, or book a seat in the new Anatomy Learning Zone to guarantee your access a range of anatomical models and interactive learning resources.
We also have a large room (G.15) available for special student meetings and conferences on the ground floor of Cedar House, accessible to book exclsuively for student doctors, after hours during Monday to Friday. View the calendar to see if the room you require is free, pop in a request and you are good to go!
Keep up-to-date with upcoming student events
With almost 50 medical student societies organising great events around campus, we don’t want you to miss out. Whether it is revision days, socials, conferences or everything in between, the School Booking system includes a calendar to provide an overview of what’s happening, and when. Never miss a not-to-be-missed-event again!
Are you organising an event? Allow us to advertise this to your peers by contacting mednews@liverpool.acuk, and we can add it to the calendar, advertise in the weekly bulletin, and promote on social media.

The new booking system will be live from next week, Friday 7th Feb, and we can’t wait for you to start using it!
