Student Commendations | September 2021

Published on

Commendations are back! We kick off this new and shiny academic year by celebrating six student doctors for doing something particularly spectacular.

If you’re new to this – commendations are a brilliant way of recognising those we see around us that go above and beyond in a particular circumstance, whether that be on clinical placements, in their studies or through extracurricular activities.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate. If you're a student doctor at Liverpool School of Medicine, head over to the student intranet to download a form and help spread a little joy by acknowledging exceptional talent this year.

How to nominate

Commendations recognise our student doctors for activities where they have performed beyond expectations, including clinical skills, research activity, organising activities, helping others, dealing with unexpected events, leadership, and more.
