If you are a current or prospective student, you'll find information about opportunities to get involved with the Law Clinic on these pages.

As a member of the Law Clinic family, you'll support our solicitors in providing free legal advice to members of the public. Our solicitors are experts in their field, and you'll gain hands-on experience of working with clients while developing skills that will support your future career.

You'll learn how to research the law in the context of real client issues and interpret it to advance your client’s case. We'll support you to develop your legal writing skills, helping you communicate clearly and accurately as you provide written advice to your clients.

You'll also have plenty of opportunities to build your confidence and oral communication skills through working with clients, solicitors and fellow students. Most importantly, you'll see the law in practice and understand the difference that accurate, timely legal advice can make to people's lives.
