Clients

Liverpool Law Clinic provides free and confidential legal advice to members of the public in family law, special educational needs and certain types of immigration cases.

Advice is provided by our solicitors, assisted by law students from the University of Liverpool Law School. Our students have been trained in confidentiality and have signed our confidentiality agreement before participating in any client work.

All advice will be given by our solicitors. Due to the scope of our services, students are unable to provide legal advice on the day of the appointment.

Our appointments take place in a purpose-built Clinic and we can also offer online appointments for those unable to attend in person.

For our Family Law and Special Educational Needs advice services, there are a limited number of appointments available in June only. Both services will then close and resume in late September.

Immigration and nationality enquiries are currently closed and will reopen once we have capacity.
