The new home for the School of Law and Social Justice
nurturing collaborative working and learning
Liverpool Law School is committed to contributing, through the excellence of our research and policy work, to critical exploration of the role of law in promoting, or inhibiting, social justice.
The Department of Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology is one of the UK's leading centres for sociology, social policy and criminology, pursuing research-based knowledge in support of social justice.
Researchers in the School of Law and Social Justice are applying their expertise to explore how society is being impacted, with projects looking into areas such as the dangers of domestic abuse during lockdown, health law and how children's rights may be affected.
