Internship details
- Estimated start date: September 2025 (can be tailored based on students’ needs)
- Length of placement: Up to three months (can be tailored based on students’ needs)
- Location: Beijing, China
- Visa information: Yingke are not able to provide direct visa sponsorship to students, but can offer a reference letter or proof of internship to help with visa applications.
Who can apply
The eligible students should satisfy the following criteria:
- Have overall average results in your LLM of more than 60% (Merit)
- Expected to graduate in December 2025
- Have no conflict of interest vis-à-vis Yingke Law Firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise work, work effectively and maintain composure under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Proofreading skills, a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy with work production
- Able to conduct research and source information to a high quality
