BA Architecture

Undergraduate students are required to take 120 credits in Year 1 (60 credits in each semester). All Year 1 Architecture modules are compulsory and you will be automatically registered onto these.

MArch Master of Architecture

The MArch consists of 120 credits in each of the two years of the programmes (60 credits in each semester). All Year 1 modules are compulsory and you will be automatically registered onto these. 

Most of the Year 2 modules are compulsory and you will be automatically registered onto these. You will also have to choose one of two optional modules and will need to register for those on Liverpool Life.

Postgraduate Taught 

Postgraduate students are required to register for 180 credits, 60 of which will normally be your thesis/dissertation. If you programme has compulsory modules, you should be automatically registered for these, but you will need to register for any optional modules on Liverpool Life.

Registration opens one month before your programme start date and you will be contacted about this in due course. You are strongly advised to complete the registration process before you arrive. However, staff will be on hand to provide advice and guidance on choosing any optional modules should you need help.
