This is a live document, and more questions will be answered as we near the conference

If you question is not answered here, please email: CUWiP-2023@liverpool.ac.uk

Who is this conference for?

The conference is a safe space for women and non-binary physicists. At CUWiP 2023, when we refer to women and non-binary, we include trans women and non-binary people who are comfortable in a female centred community

How do I apply?

These conferences are very popular and often oversubscribed for the 120 spaces we have.  We will use an initial application process to select students based on degree title, institution, year of study and applicant statement to select 120 delegates.

How much does it cost?

Registration is £30 which you will pay if your application is successful. It covers all accommodation, food and a tour to a local scientific location.

Are travel expenses covered?

We have written to all the heads of physics departments to ask them to support your travel.  We kindly ask that you contact them to see if they will fund your trip to Liverpool.
