Application form

The conference is a safe space for women and non-binary physicists. At CUWiP 2023, when we refer to women and non-binary, we include trans women and non-binary people who are comfortable in a female centred community. Applications from all genders will be considered.

 

The first stage is an application process in which you will be asked to provide a personal statement. Please use this statement to describe how you think you would benefit from attending CUWiP2023. In the event of over subscription we will use this statement among other factors to allocate places. You may wish to cover e.g. educational background, academic interests, reasons for studying physics at University, barriers you have encountered (if applicable), future plans. 

Recommended length: 200-300 words.

You will receive an automatic response and confirmation of you application outcome on 8th February 2023.

If you are successful in your application, we will ask you to register fully and pay the registration £30 fee.
