Geology, Geophysics, Physical Geography are applied sciences concerned with understanding the processes shaping the evolution of planet Earth, and using that knowledge to protect us against natural hazards and help our society prosper through sustainable use of finite resources.

Our degree programmes are taught by leading scientists, and provide not only skills directly relevant to Earth Science careers, but also many transferrable skills highly valued by a wide range of employers.
