Biography
Chang is currently a Ph.D candidate in Egyptology at the University of Liverpool. Chang’s thesis focuses on textual, iconographic, and archaeological evidence regarding ROWING in early ancient Egyptian culture. Outside of her studies, she enjoys experiencing the history, languages, and cultures of the world, and is eager to explore the unknown.
Research Interests
Chang is proficient in Old Egyptian philology, particularly focusing on grammatical changes observed in the Pyramid Texts. She is also interested in studying the broader history of ancient Egypt, with a scope ranging from the Pre-dynastic to the Greco-Roman period.
