Quality student accommodation in a great city

With three universities and over 50,000 students, the city of Liverpool is a safe, friendly, exciting place to study.

Many of our first year undergraduates are leaving home for the first time and we make sure there is a good support network they can access any time.

Specially trained Residential Advisers live in and are on-call out of office hours and at weekends. They are able to deal with any concerns about your accommodation and will be the first point of contact for any incidents or emergencies.

Residences have good levels of security, with swipe card or fob access, CCTV coverage and the University's security teams patrolling 24/7.

We also take care of any maintenance or repair requirements, including appliances, quickly and efficiently.

Wider support

We are a University first and landlord second, so we take the health and well-being of our students extremely seriously.

Our accommodation team, hall wardens, academic advisors and welfare team work together to give students the personalised support they need.

Additionally the Guild of Students offers a wide range of services from professional staff and student volunteers.
