Dr Nick O’Brien, Honorary Research Fellow, awarded the Crick Prize for best article published in the Political Quarterly

Dr Nick O'Brien has been awarded the Bernard Crick Prize for the Best Piece in Political Quarterly of 2018. The prize was given for his article entitled ‘Administrative Justice in the Wake of I, Daniel Blake’. 

Dr Nick O’Brien is an Honorary Research Fellow at the Liverpool Law School. He has been a senior official at the Legal Services Ombudsman, Director of Legal  and Operations at the Disability Rights Commission, an adviser  to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and specialist advisor to the House of Commons Public Administration Select Committee for its report Time for a Peoples’ Ombudsman Service.
