The Employability Team at the School of Law and Social Justice supports students with a wide range of career and extra-curricular opportunities, including placements, professional mentoring, and employability-focused events and activities.

Liverpool Law Clinic

Under the supervision of an in-house legal team of qualified lawyers, final year law students can attain direct, practical experience of advising or representing real clients with genuine cases.

Interchange

Interchange is a registered charity (No: 1038129) based in the Department of Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology, offering students opportunities to work with Voluntary and Community Organisations on research and work-based learning projects.

Placements

The School's own placement scheme for all students is open to undergraduate students who are in year 2 and year 3 of their studies.

Our current second-year LLB students have the opportunity to gain professional work experience at one of our prestigious partner law firms while continuing their studies.
