If you hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, but don't meet our entry requirements, a Pre-Master's course can help prepare you for postgraduate study at the University of Liverpool.
Our Pre-Master's courses are one-year graduate diplomas. Successfully completing a Pre-Master's course to the required level will secure your place on your chosen University of Liverpool master's degree.
Being taught on campus at UoLIC, in partnership with Kaplan International Pathways, you'll have access to the University's full range of facilities.
Courses
UoLIC offers three Pre-Master's courses which you can tailor to your chosen progression route. Start dates are available throughout the year.

What you'll study
A Pre-Master's course at UoLIC is a great way to kickstart your postgraduate studies in the UK.
Alongside the subject-specific knowledge you'll acquire, you'll develop high-level study skills and advanced English language skills.
You'll be taught in small groups and receive one-to-one support from a Learning Support Tutor.
Progressing to your chosen master's degree
Successful completion of a UoLIC Pre-Master's course, to the required level and with good attendance, will guarantee your place on your chosen master's degree. The level you'll need to achieve to progress to your chosen master's will be noted on your offer letter.
Scholarships
If you're a high achieving student who progresses from a UoLIC Pre-Master's course to a master's degree with us, you could be eligible to receive a tuition fee discount through the University of Liverpool International College Excellence Scholarship. You'll be automatically awarded this scholarship if you're eligible.
