Are you eligible for the accommodation discount?
We are pleased to confirm that the Accommodation Discount will be continuing for students living with us for 2023 and 2024 Entry.
Students who are eligable will receive a 15% discount on their Accommodation Fee. For 2024-25, this ranges between £943 to £1448 depending on your accommodation offer.
As this discount is in line with eligability for other bursaries, it will not be applied immediatey to accommodation fees. If you are paying in instalments, the discount will be applied:
September - standard accommodation fee amount
January - 7.5% overall discount applied
April - 7.5% overall discount applied
The discount is pro-rata - if you decide to leave University Accommodation, it will be adjusted to reflect the nights stayed only. It is only available for students living in University Owned Accommodation and not applicable to those living with our Private Providers.

If you are entitled to the Liverpool Bursary, at either the higher or lower level, and will be living in University accommodation, you will also receive an accommodation discount. For entry 2024, this is 15% off your first year University halls fees.
You don't need to apply for this bursary. By submitting an online application for government grants or loans, you consent to share your information with the University. This allows our Student Fees team to assess your eligibility. You'll be notified if you're eligible to receive this bursary.
