Thanks to your incredible generosity, last year you helped raise just under £6.8 million for our students, research and our mission to transform lives, the city, and the world. We are so incredibly grateful to you and we are so proud of the positive change we are achieving thanks to your support.
To help shout out about all of the amazing things that have been made possible thanks to you, we’ve created the Donor Impact Report.
The report sets out the many ways you have helped the University and our students this year. Inside, you can read about:
- Izzy’s journey: How the Student Fund helped second-year Classical Studies student, Izzy.
- Helping local children: How we’ve been able to send student mentors to Kirkby to help younger pupils achieve their potential.
- Free concerts: How Dr Yoko Ono Lennon has funded The Tung Auditorium’s Lunchtime Concert Series so that tickets remain free.
- Care for horses: How a £1 million donation from the Lord Leverhulme Charitable Trust will be used to help treat horses at our Leahurst campus.
Your support has truly changed lives. We are incredibly grateful for all that you do.
Speaking about your support, Vice-Chancellor, Professor Tim Jones said: “The impact of your giving is felt across every aspect of our mission to transform lives, the city, and the world. Everyone who supports us, whether through time or donations, is playing a vital role in the University’s success.
“Your generosity is more than a donation, it’s a powerful force for change and reminder that every act of kindness matters.”
Our youngest donor was 21 years old and our oldest donor was 99.
