I have always had a passion for sports from a very young age. I ran for Liverpool for a number of years in secondary school and also did Ballet for 20+ years so have a background knowledge to help clients with flexibility and mobility.
I specialise in fat loss, resistance training, muscle gain and being a great personal trainer! Knowing what it takes to get results, putting 100% of time and energy into achieving your goals. Physically and psychologically improving your state and helping you become the best possible you.
