Before getting into the fitness industry I was a freestyle disco dancer. I started as a beginner and worked my way up to becoming a national champion winning titles up and down the country. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and know first-hand what it takes to set yourself goals, work hard and to have the confidence, self-belief and discipline to achieve them.
With over 10 years experience, I aim to get the best out of my clients and love nothing more than being able to educate, empower and support them through their training journey. By monitoring your progress and ensuring sessions are structured and challenging we can work together towards achieving your goals.
I specialise in fat loss, my 8-12 week fat loss program is adapted and structured for all levels of fitness. It is the perfect program to get you in shape for any upcoming holidays and special occasions. Email me for more information.
