At Sport Liverpool, we have two swimming pools. Our 25 metre swimming pool is built for lane swimming, competitions and advanced swimming lessons. Our shallow pool is 1.2 metres deep, making it perfect for beginner swimming lessons and family sessions.
All our water sports clubs from water polo to the canoe club use our swimming pool to train and learn new skills. Students can join these clubs via our Team Sport Liverpool pages.

Throughout the day, various parts of our pool will be used for swimming lessons and sports clubs. At these times, the pool will be operating at reduced capacity.
Our pool is split up by lanes dictated by swimming ability:
- For slow-paced swimmers, book lanes 1 and 2
- For medium-paced, lanes 3 and 4
- For fast-paced, please book lanes 5 and 6.
Our sessions last for one hour, giving you plenty of time to unwind or get your laps in, depending on your goals!
We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing our swimmers with the best possible experience. Our unisex changing rooms are kept to a professional hygiene standard and our poolside is constantly maintained by our friendly lifeguards.
