Personal training

Book personal training packages or a one-off session with our personal trainers.  Each session lasts one hour and is tailored to your aims and goals.  We'll match you with the best personal trainer for your needs.

You'll receive a personalised training programme and advanced training from your trainer. You'll also get a full-body MOT, including a blood pressure check, body fat and waist/hip ratio check, lung function test and fitness test.

Personal training packages

Book one, three or five sessions with one of our personal trainers. Buddy sessions, where two members can train together with one instructor, are available on demand.
