From a young age, I've had a keen interest in sports & fitness from a young age, I have done a lot of physical sports including Netball, Swimming, Ju-Jitsu & Karate when I was younger.

Carrying my passion forward & turning it into a career, I now have 15 years’ worth of experience within the leisure & fitness industry, accumulating a range of new skills in Boxing, strength & conditioning, weight loss & nutrition etc.
