Students staying on campus for summer

Do you need accommodation over the summer period when your contract finishes?

If you are a current registered student and need accommodation after your contract ends, you are able to apply for accommodation in our summer halls for any period of time, from one week for as many nights you require with the maximum stay being until the 29th August 2026.  Students currently in halls can remain in our accommodation from the date their contract ends.  Students who are in private sector accommodation can arrive, from 20th June 2026. If you are already living within halls you will likely stay in your current room until your new summer room is clean and ready to be moved into.  We will notify you when it is ready

Our summer hall is in Crown Place which is located on campus and offers self catered ensuite rooms

You will share a communal kitchen and lounge area as well as having ensuite bathroom facilities.

Bedding and kitchen utensils/crockery are not supplied in summer accommodation so please ensure you pack your duvet and other essentials. 

The cost of the accommodation is based on the nightly rate for the duration of your stay according to the 2025/26 accommodation fees:
