True Student accommodation places you in the midst of Liverpool's vibrant student scene in some of the most luxurious accommodation in the city.

You’ll find True Student in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter, a corner of the city surrounded with education, research and knowledge. When you venture into the city centre, you’ll discover the famed culture, music, nightlife and history that make living here an incredible experience. With incredible facilities such as a sky terrace, gym and study spaces, you will have the most wonderful of stays. Not only this, the on-site team offer a range of regular activities and events.

A True Student double ensuite room includes your own ensuite bedroom around 13m2-14m2 with double bed sharing a kitchen area with up to 6 people.

If you receive an offer for accommodation with our University Approved Private Providers, the contract will be with the provider themselves and not the University of Liverpool. The offer received will only be a recommendation and you are not obliged to book accommodation with true Student. By booking with true Student, you will be doing so at your own risk and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement that you sign into. Please read the content of the offer email which will detail the accommodation, provider and further information on this.

You will not be able to join the room move waiting list to move into University of Liverpool accommodation if you book a room and will need to discuss your requirements with the Private Provider.

Students who receive an offer direct from the University of Liverpool accommodation office will be able to receive an exclusive 39 week contract.

The best thing about True Student? They match our University of Liverpool payment terms meaning you do not need a deposit or rent advancement! You will be able to pay in three instalments in October, January and April.

Students are able to pay their balance in full or three instalments throughout the tenancy.  Further information will be provided within the offer.

You must also provide a UK based guarantor. The guarantor must be over the age of 18 and provide Photo ID and proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
