Partner providers
Kaplan Living, Unite Students, Student Roost, True Student and Gather Students are private providers approved by the University of Liverpool who offer good-quality accommodation close to campus.
These providers offer a range of options including ensuite and non-ensuite bedrooms with single, double or 3/4 beds, as well as high speed wi-fi. All utility bills are included in the room fees and they're all within walking distance of the main campus.
The rooms are offered on an exclusive 39-week contract, with the same contract start and end dates as accommodation owned by the University of Liverpool. Some providers' rooms are only available to 1st year undergraduate students, though some offer rooms to 1st year undergraduates, returning undergraduate students and master's students.
Kaplan Living
Kaplan Living offers ensuite accommodation for 1st year undergraduates, just a stone's throw from the University campus.
Unite Students
Unite Students provide ensuite accommodation at Cambridge Court, Cedar House and St Luke's View.
Student Roost
Student Roost offers ensuite accommodation for 1st year undergraduates at Myrtle Court, Apollo Court, Capital Gate and The Railyard.
True Student
True Student offers luxurious ensuite accommodation for 1st year undergraduates, with some rooms enjoying incredible views of the city.
Gather Students
Gather Students offer a mix of ensuite and non-ensuite accommodation at Agnes Jones House and Bedford Street South.
Contract information
If you receive an offer for accommodation with our University-approved partner providers, the contract will be with the provider and not the University of Liverpool. Find out more about your agreement and contract specific to your cohort.
