Registration and accommodation

Register for the Joint ITCASS and ERGECD Meeting 2024 here.

Registration deadline: 8 April 2024

Registration for the meeting is free. Lunch will be provided on days 1 and 2 of the meeting. Snacks will be provided during each meeting. A drinks reception will be held at the close of day one and a full evening of entertainment is planned on day 2. Delegates will leave the LMI for the evening entertainment at the close of day 2 scientific sessions.

Even though the meeting is free, we ask that all people wishing to attend register through the online booking form and include (1) a title for their presentation(s) and (2) any dietary requirements.   

The conference programme will be added to the website shortly after the registration close date.  

Upon arrival - Upon arrival at LMI, please present yourself at the registration desk to collect your name badge that should be worn throughout the meeting. A registration desk will be set up on Wednesday morning 1 h before the programme Delegates may reach out to members of the Organising Committee who will be at the venue.

Note to speakers - Upon collection of your name badges, please indicate whether you have sent your presentation to the organising committee. If you have not, please speak to one of the organisers at the meeting who will direct you to the dedicated audio-visual technician who will be available throughout the meeting registration desk with any queries.

Social gatherings

On the Wednesday evening there will be a short drinks reception at the LMI. Delegates are then free to explore the sights and sounds of Liverpool city centre and the world-famous albert dock. We have a full night of entertainment planned for all delegates on the Thursday evening. Details of the event will be provided as the meeting starts.

Accommodation

Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village and Hope Street Hotel both are with walking distance from the Venue. The city centre has many international hotel chains for everybody’s price range. The City Centre is 10-25 minutes walk from the venue.
