Personal Trainer
I approach fitness from a widely varied background. My training and professional experience encompasses science and arts, as well as education and pedagogy.
I came into fitness in my late 20s and I cherish movement in different contexts which vary from dance to resistance training, from climbing to team sports, from functional training to mobility/flexibility. I am aware that fitness can look very different for different people depending on their circumstances. I also believe that circumstances may change suddenly or over time so I work on the basis of adaptability.
I really enjoy supporting clients with identifying and achieving realistic and highly personalised plans. My philosophy is geared towards sustainable, long-term fitness embedded into your daily lifestyle, and can include measurable goals and milestones along the way. I strive for an inclusive approach for all bodies and minds.
I have been teaching fitness, movement and conditioning for groups and individuals over 11 years both in person and online. I also teach a variety of classes which can be found on the classes timetable.
