Our brand-new Women’s Only sessions provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all who identify as women to enjoy sport and wellbeing activities comfortably and confidently. Whether you're new to exercise or looking for a safe space to focus on your fitness, there's something for everyone.
What's on?
Training Sessions
Tuesday's 12-1pm at Vine Court Gym.
Build strength, boost confidence, and move at your own pace.
Swim Sessions
Friday's 2.30-3.30pm at the Sports and Fitness Centre.
Changing time before and after the session. Enjoy the pool in a private and relaxed setting.
*For this week only the lifeguards will be male due to staff shortages*
Squash Courts
Friday's 2-4pm, 3 courts available.
Casual, friendly games in a women-only space.
Yoga Classes
Friday's 2.30-3.30pm in Squash Court 1.
Connect with your mind, body and breath and improve overall health with our Yoga class.
