Sunday the 28th of July from 11am-3pm

Join us this Sunday from 11am-3pm for an exciting demonstration from the department of Archaeology, Classics and Egyptology who will be taking us back 4000 years to the ancient copper smelting of the Bronze Age! Then later on, in an attempt to recreate the conditions and context of prehistoric man and his struggle to harness the power of fire, a team from the department of Archaeology, Classics and Egyptology are coming to Ness to perform a demonstration of the type of primitive yet ingenious techniques our prehistoric ancestors would have relied on.
