ULMS 574 - Global Leadership and Innovation in Marketing
This module aims to: Provide students with a comprehensive understanding and broad insight into global marketing innovation, focusing on the strategic role of marketing leadership in driving transformation across diverse markets; Develop students’ awareness of how cultural, economic, and technological shifts impact global marketing strategies and the competencies required to manage these changes effectively; Equip students with the skills needed to lead in adaptive, human-centred global marketing organisations that harness technology and data analytics; Enable students to design, implement, and evaluate innovative marketing strategies that prioritise sustainable growth, ethical practices, and global leadership; Develop students’ ability to critically analyse and address the challenges faced by marketing leaders in the global environment, fostering innovative thinking and responsible decision-making.
