If you are attending your ceremony, you can book up to two free guest tickets, in addition to your own ticket.
Please note that tickets are non-transferable.
How to book your tickets
You can book your tickets via the graduation portal.
You are entitled to recieve two free guest tickets if you are attending your graduation ceremony, which you should request when you register to attend in the graduation portal.
All guests other than children under 12 months old will require a ticket.
Collecting your tickets
You will be able to pick up your ceremony tickets (for you and your guests) from the Liverpool Guild of Students, Mount Pleasant, on the day of your ceremony.
We are not able to provide your tickets any further in advance. You can check what tickets you have been allocated at any time in the graduation portal.
Purchasing extra guest tickets
A small number of additional guest tickets may be released for your graduation ceremony after the graduation portal has closed for registrations. We will write to those eligible to receive extra tickets directly with information on how to do this.
Please note that additional guest tickets are offered on a first come, first served basis, and that additional guest tickets may not be available for all ceremonies.
- If additional guest tickets become available and you are contacted, they will cost £10 per ticket
- Unfortunately, we are not able to maintain a waiting list for extra guest tickets.
If you are unable to secure extra tickets, graduation ceremonies are also streamed live. All ceremonies will be streamed live on our website and will also be shown live at the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre on campus. Guests will not need a ticket to attend the live stream at the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre.
Please be aware that for some ceremonies, due to capacity issues, no extra tickets will be made available.
