LSH (Liverpool Student Homes) is the only university run private sector accommodation service in Liverpool, dedicated to helping you find accommodation outside of your university halls.

If you are studying at the University of Liverpool and are looking for accommodation to rent privately from a landlord or letting agent, then make sure you do so through LSH.

Is Liverpool Student Homes a letting agent?

No. LSH is a free support service which is owned and managed by the University of Liverpool, LJMU, Liverpool Hope University and LIPA. LSH advertise the widest range of private student accommodation in Liverpool and also offer free, confidential housing rights advice.

Liverpool Student Homes have an accreditation scheme in place and all landlords/agents who wish to advertise must ensure that accommodation meets the quality and safety criteria in the LSH Standards.
