Fem Bullir l’Olla! A cooking class with Pau Sintes

On 18 February at 5.30pm, Catalan students gathered online with the young chef Pau Sintes from Menorca for an interactive cooking workshop.

He guided participants step-by-step through preparing two dishes: a main course and a dessert—students cooked along in real time, either on their own or with other Catalan students or friends. The session was conducted entirely in Catalan, allowing students to practise their language skills. Most importantly, it offered a fantastic way to engage with Catalan culture in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
