Yihan talks about her experience presenting at the Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University conference.

In March 2025, I attended the conference “Navigating Cross-Cultural Communication in the Digital Age” held at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The event provided valuable feedback on my research and enabled productive exchanges with fellow PhD students. The interdisciplinary discussions deepened my understanding of digital communication across cultural contexts. I was particularly inspired by the diversity of approaches and constructive peer engagement. The organizers are currently planning to publish a collection of selected papers in the IAMCR book series by Palgrave, which I hope to contribute to as part of the post-conference output.
