The School of the Arts is very pleased to report that Architecture PGRs contributed greatly to the success of our recent open day.
A member of staff from the Department of English commented that they had a very positive experience:
‘I was showing visitors around and wanted to find out about disability access. I knocked on the door of a PGR room near the disabled persons' lift. The researcher was extremely accommodating and even took us all up to the next level in the access lift, showing us how it worked. It made a very good impression that didn't go unnoticed. This has led to a student registering for our MA Creative Writing, partly because of the very positive impressions she got from the various people she encountered that day, including from PGR students.’
