Farkhondeh Vahdati, XJTLU-campus PGR in Architecture discusses her recent success in the Three Minute Thesis competition.
During my research visit to the University of Liverpool, I had the privilege of representing my work, "Holographic Construction in Design for Disassembly of Shekili-inspired Emergency Shelters," as a finalist in the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition. Distilling my PhD into just three minutes was both challenging and rewarding, offering valuable insights into clarity, focus, and engagement.
I was honored to be selected from 93 entries to compete in the final round of the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition at the University of Liverpool, presenting my research alongside inspiring finalists from various disciplines. I am deeply grateful to the University of Liverpool, Jamie Gallagher for his invaluable coaching and guidance, The Academy for their support, and Sally Hoare for her excellent organization throughout the competition.
